How to Get Started
Whether you’re feeling ready to begin or still testing the waters, here’s what the first steps look like.
1. Fill Out the Request Appointment Form
Start by completing the Request Appointment Form. This gives me a sense of what you’re hoping for and helps me determine if I’m the right fit for your needs.
2. Watch for an Email from Me
Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out personally by email—usually within 2 business days. You’ll have the option to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation or jump right into booking your first session. If I believe another provider would better support your needs, I’ll send along a referral instead.
Important: My reply may land in your spam or promotions folder. Please check there if you don’t see a response within a few days.
3. Get Set Up in the Client Portal
When we decide to move forward, I’ll send you access to your secure client portal. This is where you’ll complete your intake forms and choose a session length that fits your needs and availability.
4. Begin Your Work
Once your paperwork is complete, you’ll be able to schedule directly through the portal. Communication and reminders will be sent automatically from the system—simple, secure, and organized.
A Few Things to Know
Sessions are available in weekly, biweekly, or monthly 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90-minute formats.
Or one time single 3 hour or full day intensives.
I’m an out-of-network provider. All sessions are cash pay.
You must be physically located in Virginia at the time of session.
All sessions are conducted virtually through a secure platform.
I do offer ‘superbills’ for client wanting to use ‘out of network mental health benefits’ and consent to receiving a mental health diagnosis. (this does not apply to intensives)
